ABC Christmas Challenge - W and X are for?

 

Good Morning and welcome to our November challenge.  Thanks so much to everyone who participated in October's challenge.  Please don't forget to check the post below to see if you are a winner.

Before we get on to this month's challenge, it's Helen here hijacking Lynda's post with a NEWS FLASH!

Sadly, our lovely Lindsey will be leaving us at the end of the year and we shall all miss her terribly! We'll say a proper goodbye on next month's challenge, but for now, we have some news to share with you all.

It's been a while since we added any new design team members, and we've lost a few over the last few years...SO...we're holding a Design Team Call!

If you fancy joining our ABC Christmas Challenge family, read on...if not, don't worry, you can still enter this challenge as normal, but you might want to scroll past the DT call information.

DT Call Information

As a DT member, you would be required to make a Christmas Card/Project for each challenge (once a month), and comment on entries to the challenges - we have a rota, but you can comment or more if you wish! So the commenting is shared between us all :0)

We also take it in turns to post the challenges on this blog, and choose the 'Top 3' for the challenges we 'host'.

We are a very friendly and democratic team, and appreciate everyone's input into challenge themes, and have a DT blog, where we chat and share our ideas.

No previous design team experience necessary and we welcome crafters of all styles!

So, if you love crafting for Christmas as much as we do, and fancy joining our team, here's what you need to do:

1. Make an item for this challenge.
2. Add 'DT' after your name on the Inlinkz gadget
3. That's it - GOOD LUCK!

The DT Call will run over this and next month's challenges, so there's plenty of time, but please don't be shy!

Hi Crafters, Dorte here.

I'm going to guide you through this fortnight's challenge.

We don't have so many letters left!

(Except those of us using the Scandinavian alphabet,
we have Æ,Ø and Å also.
Strange letters for most of you, they don't count here!)

So today's letter is

X for Xerox!

It's not as hard as it sounds, I promise.

We want you to xerox one of our cards.

In other words CASE a card made by one of the
DT for any ABC Christmas Challenge in 2011.

Take inspiration from the layout, use the same technique,
or colours, or papers or the same image if you have it.

In the sidebar to the right you can
easily find links to all of this year's challenges.

In other words, what you have to do is to look through this year's challenges
and find a DT card you want to CASE.

When writing your post, we would like you to give
us a link to or a photo of the card you have xerox'ed,
so we can see where, and from whom your inspiration came.
